What a bunch of 50cent tools (XBOX Sucks)
Sent in a defective Wireless headset package and followed the directions given to me by some barely English speaking "customer service" moron. 12/9/2009 they told me 12 days and now i'll have it.
12/28/2009 At this point MS "supervisor" moron dipshit and his underling, tell me they never recieved it.
I mailed it just like they ask me to and now they don't have it. Why is it when you speak to someone at XBOX Customer support they are the dumbest people in the planet.
Next time you send something to MS support fufillment...send it in a box big enough to house an elephant...have it shipped common carrier so get a signature from them.
and by all means don't raise your voice..they hang up on you...
