X box 360 nightmare (Microsoft Corp Sucks)

Xbox 360 freezing. Over the phone tech support determined unit needed to go back to Microsuck for repair at $100.00 to me (14 month old unit). Instructed to remove external hard drive before sending back, ok, did that.Got it back from Microsuck plugged it in, same thing, very slow, then freezing. I call tech and I get someone with more than stock options between his ears. He instructs me to remove the hard drive and try it. Walla, runs fine. Now send in the hard drive for replacement.Since they already have $100 of mine, I ship it in. Been 6 full buisness days since UPS delivered it and all the last two genuieses can tell me is "so sorry for the inconvenince,but our system has not been updated yet so we cant tell you when it might ship back". End of the day, theres not much I can do but spread the word that Micrsoft really doesnt give a shit , they dont have to. Bill Gates if your lsistening, and I know your not, your getting you nails done, you built a nice empire that so far, has survived poor quality. Not for long though.
